Sorry lads just probably my cack handed way, being new to the forum, appologies,

Just wondering, everyones thoughts on...

1.The development of young players at the club, and how many are taken in and given trials etc and realeased. compared to a few year back.

2. The more structured approach with the developments in most areas, and has this improved the standard of play and players.

3. How the fact that managers just aren't the main men at a club now.

And the Smalling one which I've been hammered for but is 100% true, was just thrown in coz I thort it may of interested folk...

Now am off to queue up on Crimdon Viaduct, be just my luck ther'l be a trampoline at the bottom.. ;)

So a bit of defective work it seems youvebeentangoed is the Manager of one of the local wearside teams (but not Seaton Carew) .. Co-incidentally they're playing Seaton Carew on Wednesday Night should be a good game if you get along .. Seaton coming off the back of a hard fought 1-1 draw against Champions elect Stockton Town

Considering we signed 3 players from non league recently (duckworth, Baldwin and Rodney) and have about 6/7 former YTS players in the match day squads most weeks it seems this guys a bit of a nugget

Chips rice pasta and noodles on a bed of doner meat. And drizzled over the top was some lovely halibut.

PM's sent.

I can confirm though that following meeting last night all the lads bar 2 have confirmed they are staying so will be part of the plans. This despite them getting harrassment phone calls and face book shit from another team that seem incapable of leaving them alone.

One of the two is a bit gullible  and the other thinks he is premier league player in the making, despite him being shite for most of the season........but thats what happens when certain people continually blow smoke up his arse.

But 3 lads are joining from teams in the boro, and four others are joining.

The meeting with 6th form college was brilliant as well, and will be exciting for any kid that really wants to progress in the game. Its superb that the college have woken up to the potential.

Good news for you....

But m8, why not, say it to the lads face rather than hiding behind a keyboard and forum name, or answer your phone to the lad, he's really keen to discuss it ;)

By the way, no names were mentioned, nor team. So is someone feeling guilty?

And who are you?

The murky world of kids football rears its head on the bunker again.

Take it outside lads.
