i agree with him
these tribunals are totally affected by the panelists chosen who favour one club or the other as we found to our cost
with Frank Clark and Gordon Keogh in the past

Far be it from me to defend Rotherham but Rotherham / West Ham: precisely the same crime, vastly different punishments. And look at Bury, accidentlally field a wrong 'un and instantly kicked out of the cup.

Completely different rules for the big clubs,. Get them sued Mr Whelan.
