George Bolam's have a good reputation for Steak.

I you want someone else to cook it for you, The Elton Arms (I think) just off the A66 near Eaglescliffe (I think), used to be really good. Its a good while since I've been there though. Anyway they used to do good Steak's. And if you gave them a few days notice they used to do something like an 80 or 96 oz Steak.
