Seemed to come out of nowhere. Great technique. The first of many hopefully.

There is somebody in the CK stand who shouts " Ronaldo" whenever he starts warming up and he always gives a knowing smile toward the said personage, did you see him warming up yesterday with the dancing thingamajig sctatchinghead

Your thingamajig is bound to dance a bit when you're warming up. It's just that most people don't really pay attention.

Cracking goal. Didnt necesserily agree with taking Poole off but they were clearly panicing when we suddenly had 2 up top and dominated for the 10 minutes or so after the substitutions.

I though Poole has a nightmare he has loads of technical ability but he is 'flakey' if he doesn't start a game too well and he makes a couple of mistakes after he might as well not be on the pitch.

Walker is as a big a prospect we've ever had for me, he looks a cut above one of those players who always looks like he has time on the ball.

Walker lost his place through injury when we were just starting to get back on track. Unfortunately for him we went on that winning run so CC was justified in keeping him on the bench when he became fit again.

Now we've one win in 9 (against a very poor Northampton team) and Walker should be one of the first names on the team sheet on Boxing Day

All stemmed from a Monkhouse flick-on. That was just about our only source of creativity yesterday. He is definitely a lot more use to us when he is in the middle of the park.
