Could set up a paypal account which is probably the easiest way for payment.

Ripper, the lass in the shop is wrong. I got an XSB for my oldest when he was three. It was a bit baggy but looked fine. He's five now and its tight on him. He's far from obese as well.

£25 is a decent price, that's at least £5 profit going to charity.

I'll say it again, Pools have limited say it what goes in the club shop. It's run by a franchise.

Mr PiN and Mr Off- my boys have got Pools stuff before. The 4 year old has just grown out of his age 3-4 stuff. I think they might have changed the age labels Mr PiN, I went into the shop to look at what they had and the XSB is def age 7-8. The woman in the shop admitted that there is an age 5-6 range that would fill the gap but that they don't get anything in that age group, not just the replica kits but nowt else either.

Would this be an elite to even trump the previous elite?

its the elitest of all elites.

Mutley they are already long sleeve mate.

I prefer sponsorless shirts these days, less is more for me!

How much do paypal take per transaction? I've set up an account as a Not for profit charity with them using an old email address. Shall I put it on here and see how we do over the weekend?

let's do it!! We can do what we want... Pools don't own the shirt design, so the old badge would be a superb idea!!!

In fact, if there's anywhere does the 1973/74 strip sky blue and white with the red triangle badge that would be my first choice!!!!

I'd definitely want one for the bairn as well, if they do sizes as small as 2-3 year old!!!!! Although he's 2 and a half, best aim for 3 to 4, at least he'd get some wear out of it!!!!

Have we started collecting money yet?

The shirts I have wanted for ages are any from 85-89, Pools should see if we could make these as a Retro range.

The two in 85 are made by umbro and spall so sure you could pick them up from somewhere.

I've checked and the origination setup is £20, then about £5 for each badge. What the gadgie said is that footy shirts tend to be thin and for the best long wearing result it is better if it sits on a fabric panel. In this case I would say have a blue logo on a white panel on the blue stripe.

Will that look alright or a bit shite? How do pools get away with their badges going on without a panel behind it?

Liking them a lot. Put me down for a kids one. I'll have to measure him when he gets home to work out the size- growing too fast.
