Council elections

As none of my local candidates have been bothered to knock on my door this year, can anybody tell me who should get my vote in Hart Ward?

ie, which one of them is Pools/IOR friendly?

I don't want to go wasting my vote on some idiot who is hell bent on preventing IOR from pushing Pools forward, if I can't find out I'll have to not bother, no vote is surely better than voting for the wrong person.

I dunno who all the candidates are, I've only had propaganda from one or two, current councillors according to the council website are....

Caroline Barker
Ward: Hart
Party: Liberal Democrat

Rob Cook
Ward: Hart
Party: Labour

Edna Wright
Ward: Hart
Party: Liberal Democrat

Actually, they have email addresses listed, I've emailed them all to ask for their thoughts on IOR's attempts to buy the Vic from the council. Lets see who replies and what they have to save for themselves.

After the hospital debacle and the expeiencing the joy of visiting someone at North Tees, Labour can kiss goodbye to my vote! Our local Labour candidate was extolling the virtues of getting the grass verges tarmacked over..... :roll:

Job done. Just have a gleg at Margaret Becket, Ruth Kelly, Patricia Hewitt, Tessa Jowell, and decide whether you should vote for a bewer.

Ruth Kelly is in charge of the Department that's let your Council Tax double since Labour got into power. Tessa Jowell is making a bollocks of the Olympics. Ruth Kelly is also trying to make you get a 'Housing Information Pack' (cost 1000 quid or thereabouts to be paid to your local authority) before you can sell your house. That's YOUR house. Patricia Hewitt's just making a fu ck up of the Health Service. Margaret Beckets pretending that Iraq's not happening.
