Can't be worse than ours.

The stupid throughabout, offer of a £3million loan to debenhams, a planned car park costing £6 million that will now be £7 million and some gold plated lifts in the town hall.

It'll no doubt get turned into to council offices so it truly benefits the full town.

Council offices, big fuck off Greggs, failed retail outlet.

To be honest though our council could probably run a branch of Greggs into a loss so whatever they do with it will be over budget and poorly executed.

The place isn't worth half £1.5million in its current state and I'm basing that of having been in there a couple of years ago, by now it will be some walls a dodgy roof and some damp.

fuck knows what the bill will be to put right any structural damage. The way they put these things out to tender just invites them to have their legs lashed. It's the way of the world but they really are clueless when it comes to getting work done for a reasonable price

i'm sure none of them would follow the same principles of being blatantly ripped off when they get work done to their own homes etc

Actually what would Jacksons landing be totally inappropriate for?

That's what the council will do, I'm putting my bet on it being a new train station for HS2 even though HS2 will stop at Leeds in about 2034.

They'll balls it up like the transport interchange, which looks canny, but isn't used by the main bus company in town.

Doh

I always thought Jacksons Landing would of made a good venue for Ten Pin Bowling or Ice Rink. That plus a good retail outlet such as what it used to be would pep up the Marina I reckon.

Page 8 (or 6 depending how you read the page numbers) of that made me do a bit of sick in my mouth.

I could think of some ways to criticise further but I really can't be arsed.

This town is screwed, endof.

I knew Wells as a kid, and he was a right "Mans Head" even at 8 or 9 year old.

Up until a few short years ago he was a happily married man with grown-up kids and a wife..seems he had a change of mind eh?

Nowt so queer...

As for Belcher, wasn't he the finance guy behind the ill-fated Owton-Fens lot who are getting done at the moment?

SAB was a director of that place, CAB wasn't involved. Funny just like Ray CAB has kids, dunno if he was ever married though.

Why is he gay? That is a very difficult question to give a simple answer to!
