Well if I can pack in anyone can. Trouble is, I haven't. Well not really but I've never had more than two fags a day for about a month. Thats not bad when you consider I was well into my second pack a day on most days. There was one day when I was sat at home in front of a computer from about 7am all day and all night. As I was opening my FOURTH packet that day I thought Hmmm... this is getting out of hand. I probably only smoked about ten of them, I just lit the rest and they burned away.

I've taken big drags and coughed, medium drags and coughed, small drags and coughed... getting used to it a bit more now like, I just don't inhale as immediately as you do with a cig.

I smoked cigars, and between 5-10 a day. Smoked last one on September 8th last year (we lost to Carlisle at home) Poole scored Austin was sent off and Robson scored for them. Reason packed in was on the Sunday when went for one had none and was raining couldn't be bothered to get wet. On the Monday I said to myself if can go one day can go another. Now 441 days later still not had one. Used nothing except will power.

Some take them back (I did) some don't cant understand that really it just burning away money by exhaling straight away. But each to their own I suppose.
