Heard a rumor that the bloke who bought and killed the warrior for houses has bought schooner and the woodcutter! Anyone heard anything?

Went in the schooner with our lass for a breakfast
never again, the breakfast just tasted like onion rings.

You get more trade these days from knockin a pub down n building some shops, so as a businessman can we really blame this guy for doing what he's doing as he's spotted something in the property market that's making him money n local estates are obviously benefitting from?

An empty pub serving shit beer n crap food or a few local shops that people are using??

Just basic business mate, look at the old schooner site n the Shakespeare, the old lion flats and the ones at warren court on easington road. Obviously way more money in them as shops n flats than rusty old pubs
