Am I the only one that gets pissed off when you use these things and the other person is clearly just copy and pasting lines from a script, its like your dealing with a robot. Even a spelling mistake or grammatical error somewhere would make it more personal.

when i was moving house i used the one on the sky website, it was really helpful and you could tell it was a real person as they were asking questions about packages n broadband n stuff like that.
