if you couldn't get a ticket for Rochdale, and you KNEW there were HUNDREDS of people less deserving of an AWAY ticket than yourself, and the chance to win the league at Rochdale was guaranteed with victory,

WOULD YOU:
a) still want Pools to win a trophy at a game you've waited for 35 years to see but can't get in?

or

b) risk them not winning it altogether but at least you'll be at the Bristol Rovers game where they could still win the title but you WOULD at least be THERE see it if they clinched it on the final day?

I think everyone will know what I think.......I've already posted about run-of-the-mill games I've seen hundreds of miles away and we've lost, done 1500 miles in a week for three games which we've lost, etc etc I've been in the sub-1000 crowds in the desperate re-election days etc etc.

SORRY FOLKS BUT THIS IS ALL ABOUT THE LONG-SUFFERING FANS AND I VOTE OPTION B

It would be option A for me. I wouldn't want to take the risk of my selfishness backfiring in that scenario Parmo.

I'm pretty certain I cant make it to Rochdale on account of a wedding [that I'm trying to get out of but its looking bleak], but I'm content with my Bristol ticket....at least I'll be there for the last game of the season where hopefully we'll get a trophy, if not I'll give the lads a big cheer

I'm 'appy enough either way :sweeeet:

Yes, A is a no brainer. If I couldn see it, I'd want my team to win. The team is more important than me.

Aye, a win for the lads even if I had to stand outside and listen on the radio. Not Radio Cleveland of course.

Well....it wouldn't be on would it??

A. every time. there's plenty of games I can't get to for different reasons but I always want them to win

A. every time for me too. When we went up in 1991 I went to the Lincoln aways game, which we lost, couldn't get a lift to the next couple of aways games, which we didn't lose so made sure I didn't go to any of the remaining away games in case I was jinxed.
