A mere ripple on the pond me old matelot. Nothing ever lasts forever, we had to lose sometime and now its happened the pressure is right off and probably just at the right time. Nothing changes, we're still top of the pile and MK have to better us by nine points and twelve goals with five matches to go. They lost at home to Grimsby, Swindon couldn't beat Hereford who play Walsall Monday, Walsall were at the bottom team with a masterful five wins from twenty homes. We strayed off the script maybe but I've no doubt we'll be right back up there on Monday.

Word of caution. You lot need to be right behind them Monday!! :laugh:

It's still 19 wins from 24. Remember that. :evil:

I've just been through the BBC Predictor & I have Walsall top on Goal Difference going to that last game!

Thank god they have to go to Swindon & Swindon may even need to win to be promoted aswell, A lot at stake on that last game of the season

Sounded like we were unlucky, according to DW the pitch didn't favour our style of play, but going on what I heard on Pools World we came close quite a few times!! Lost out to a wonder goal. Bring on Accrington on Monday, the lads will feel they have something to prove, still feel confident, could still finish Monday 12 points clear with 4 to play as with the exception of Walsall the other results went pretty well in out favour today :grin:
