24+16

Got a sum that's proving too hard for your grey matter? Ask the Stephen Hawkings of the Bunker and winner of the Fields Medal, I give you Mr Querty.

24+16

I've tried calculators, my dad, my old maths teacher and even an abacus... But no joy with an answer

Anybody help me out?
Arguing with idiots is rather like trying to play chess with a pigeon, it knocks the pieces over, craps on the board and flies back to its flock to claim victory.

42 is the universal answer.

Oh wait, no, it's the answer to the universal question.
Is 16+24 the universal question? We might be on to something here.

It is possible however to make the answer 42 with a little messing around.

Add the 2 and the 4 from 24 and multiply by the 1 + 6 from 16 then hey presto 42. Maybe it was us being daft??

Definitely works
17 + 23= ?

1+7=8
2+3=5

So it must be 8x5=40

Maybe qwerty used this..

All participation is optional and you'll not have an AK pushed down your throat if you're not in uniform
