Ive got a Galaxy ace and mine was running out of charge in no time and it was because i had open spps running so make sure they are closed down when finished with

I also got a battery saving app which helps as for the time it takes to charge on my other phones i could plug them in when totaly flat and they would turn back on but with this ace it takes ages of charging before it turns back on HTH

Had the same problem with my S3.
It is to do with the charger port, they sent mine away three times for repair, no improvement each time, and eventually replaced my phone and refunded my bill for the month spent without the handset.

Before spending much money to try and solve it i would try:

1) Blowing the hole bbolt - the s2 and s3 are prone to dust getting into the usb slot at the bottom of the phone. blow in it and try cleaning it out with a toothbrush.

2)getting a new battery off ebay (you can get one for £4 delivered)

It's all about being in the iphone gang these days... Mine stopped charging the other day, went to the apple store and they replaced it there and then.

Samsung make the 2 best phones out there at the minute, anyone who disagrees lives in an iBubble and touches dogs inappropriately.

I have a Samsung 3S & its the worst phone I have ever had. Its always switching itself off even though the battery is at least half charged. I cant wait til I am out of contract to get something else.
