Magical Film and very funny in places plus an Amazing cast....9/10!!!!

Not an out and out Horror....more a Thriller....a totally gripping story....8/10!!!!

Did you enjoy Sons Of Anarchy then Mutters, I think it gets better as each series goes by.

Cracking story....great acting....especially the little 5 year old kid who acted amazingly for his age....best Film I've seen in a very long time....10/10!!!!

Really enjoying it and our lass loves it....near the end of series 2 and our lasses mate has dropped the box set off of series 3!!!!

BTW....did you know 'Jax' is a Geordie....born in Newcastle and was in 'Byker Grove'....was discovered by the Production Manager of 'Byker Grove' fucking about in a Shoe Shop with his mates in Newcastle!!!!

I only know this cos our lass loves him and googled him!!!! :uhoh:

I realise it's a bit "mainstream" but what did everybody think of Skyfall. I thought it was absolutely superb myself: 9/10.

The third series of Boardwalk Empire is just awesome...I had the last couple of episodes recorded and watched the last but one last night, the one with the Easter get togethers... Seriously think all the commissioning editors and script writers and directors working in British TV 'drama' should be chained to their chairs and made to watch it for a month.

Skyfall 9/10, loved it. Saw it last night at the Vue, good fast paced action and decent shoot out at the end there.

I think Boardwalk Empire is great, I have the first 8 or 9 episodes of sereis 3 ready to watch, thin I will start it once I have finished series 4 of Sons Of Anarchy. Then I will have Dexter, American Horror Story, Walking Dead and then series 5 of Sons Of Anarchy

This has made up for it....had it for about 2 years but just got round to watch it....

Thoroughly enjoyable....Great Film with Great Acting and a great Autobiography type of Film....9/10!!!!

Saw Seven Psychopaths today. Solid 7.5/10.

Well worth a watch. Great cast, top dark humour and intriguing twists along the way. Harrelson and Walken are superb as always.

Just watched these 3 today....and the latest Ice Age yesterday....

Really enjoyed it and I like Paul Giamatti....8/10!!!!

Not usually my cup of tea but I like the corniness of The Expendables....7/10!!!!

I'm now a big fan of animated kids films.... bbolt

....I never use to watch them so I'm catching up on loads at the moment....both of these 8/10!!!!

There's a French detective drama called 'Spirals' which I think is better than The Killing. The main character is well fit, much better looking than the mousy Danish bewer.

I watched a bit of that when I was back in the UK and found it impressively good.

It has a different name, the title isn't a translation of 'spirals'. I can't remember from the top of my head. I would be surprised if it isn't prime-time telly in France given the dross that is served up, and I suspect that the fit lawyer is reasonably famous because I saw her strut her stuff in "les intouchables" not so long ago.

I downloaded 3 films yesterday and watched 2 of them

Django - Top film the bloke who plays Django sidekick is class,well well worth a watch

Seven Physcopaths - Another very good film with a good cast Farrell, Harrelson, Walken but i think Sam Rockwell steals the show, some good liners.

The Hobbit - not got round to watching it yet but if its anywhere as good as Lord of the rings its gonna be a winner

Christoph Waltz but he won an Oscar for playing a Nazi in inglorious bastards which he was also brilliant in, think he has a nomination in this years for the above role.

A few I've watched over the last week or so....

A real different formula for a 'Cop' film and I'd say the best 'Cop' film I've seen for years....if not THEY BEST....AMAZING....10/10 Easy!!!!

Wasn't sure I was gonna like this but really enjoyed it....a sort of cross between Mad Max & No Country For Old Men....8/10!!!!

It's not gonna win many awards but an enjoyable film with a few laughs and you don't have to like UFC to enjoy it....7/10!!!!

Excellent Documentary about an amazing story....9/10!!!!

Nice story and I'm now officially in love with Charlize Theron....7/10!!!! :razz:

A Film in the same vein as '12 Angry Men'....(99% of it is filmed in one location)....a truly teriffic story that gets you thinking and asking questions....9/10!!!!

I love 'Sporting' Films at the moment and missed this one from years ago....great Basketball story....8/10!!!!

A 'Docudrama'....and you have to see it to believe the unbelieveable story it tells....10/10!!!!

Our lass is watching The Tudors non stop at the minute. I enjoy the rather large breasts on show and the beheadings but thats about it. Not my cup of tea. Hopefully she watching the last of them while im at work.

It's certainly a film that demands the viewer's full attention.
I watched it and thought it was great, but I was constantly telling myself I'll have to watch it through again 'cuz I didn't quite get what happened there.
Now you've reminded me of it, I'll go and watch it again!
