For the club to get someone to man the phones, or do out of town fans not count

If I cant get tickets for the last matches because of this I shall be most pissed off rage

When you get through press 9 for Admin rather than 2 for Ticket Office - its the only way to talk to anyone.

Thanks for the advice, but my brother managed to pop down and get them

It is still a pain in the neck, do the club think no-one form out of town supports them?
