Many clubs now have bookies kiosks in or around the ground, you CAN put a bet at the Vic, but only from in the Executive lounges and even then only if you open a credit account, MORE MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES THROWN AWAY.
Isn't it about time there was a major overhaul of the catering facilities too, I know the bars are getting better and you can now get a drink (still loads of room for improvement though) but we must now be one of the worst grounds in the league for choice of food, and the food you can get is very poor quality, how come we've never sold PUKKA PIES or proper burgers, not those watery Westler burgers out of a tin, and how come the food is usually running out by half-time. MORE MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES THROWN AWAY.

Here's aanother little one, I've noticed over the last few years that most grounds we go to even have advertisements in the toilets above the troughs, never seen them at Pools though, MORE MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES THROWN AWAY.

How come there are no bar facilities for the away fans, who usually drink a fair bit, at least I know that Poolies do on their travels. MORE MONEY MAKING OPPORTUNITIES THROWN AWAY.

At least we're winning on the pitch now (he said hopefully), roll on Saturday

Didnt our pies get voted the best in league a few years back?

A good few years back now, when they were actually nice.

Now they are pedigree chum at best and Tesco Value dogfood being more likely.

The food at Pools is dire, and the queues to get it are worse. I don't bother with it at all, and I know I'm not the only one. If it was nice and it was easy to buy they would get a few quid out of me every match.

So whats different then?

Have we changed suppliers?

I have no idea. I just know that they are cack now.

We probably went for a cheaper option?

Either that or our Chief Exec. ate all the nice ones.

Can't believe no ones mentioned the new fence under the Mill House stand--you may as well be stood in the car-park having a pint---ideal on wet, windy days.
What was wrong with a proper wall-
Don't get me started on the pies :-o :-o

The pies have gone downhill in the past few years, but that's probably all about profit.

I know a director of another league 2 club who buy's his clubs pies (so he told me) for 19p and sells them on at £2 + and in his words wouldn't feed them to his dog.

Do you think most clubs care what they dish up?
