PostPosted: Sat Jul 07, 2012 9:12 pm
I think I should stay at home on Saturdays :angry-screaming:

Went to Tesco about 11.15 and came from dropping off the boy at the pics, was at the roundabout about to turn left, a Mercedes came round and didn`t indicate, I was then behind him and he didn`t indicate 3 times to get to the store, is it just me or the more expensive the car, the more of a fucknut you are sctatchinghead

Parked in the parent and child spaces and had to wait for the baby to wake up, so was there about 40 minutes, that area should be renamed fat chav and middle aged lazy bastards parking spaces, having a baby seat in the back, empty, is not a reason to park there and then drag your fat, tattooed bulk to get fags and beer, this bitch made moby dick look like a tic tac banghead

Middle aged couples with no kids, holding hands, just returned from the Algarve and popping in for groceries, Fuck off and catch a rare disease that affects your crotches, knob rots :angry-screaming:

Don`t get me wrong, I am a placid person normally, must be age that makes me get so angry at circumstances like this, no standards anymore, just people who are selfish and thoughtless, god help my kids when they get older, you try and bring them up with manners and a positive outlook, when all around them are litter dropping, foul mouthed, drink/drug fuelled lowlife, I despair :(

I totally agree about the kid and child spaces. They are indeed a bunch of fuckwits who park there when they don't have kids, the whole idea of those spaces is so parents then don't have to walk across the car park which is infested by drivers not watching out for anything other than an empty parking space

Let's all knock kids out so we can sponge off the government and get easier access to supermarkets.

Why should having kids allow you to park closer?

You chose to have kids they were not forced upon u.

Our lass circles the car park for ages n growls at people who she thinks shouldn't park there.

United & Yubep, next time I'm out shopping with all the other mums would you like me to park next to you? The reason for the parent and child spaces, as well as child safety, is they need to be wider to assist putting toddlers into car seats, which requires the door to be fully opened. However, I'll happily park next to you and you can whinge like he'll when your cars get scratched to bits.

I went to asda yesterday with the 2 year old n the 6 week old, I parked near the zebra crossing as if you'd just walked in from the cinema, I didn't need a wide space I didn't need extra room, I managed just fine, all this extra room BS is exactly that, bull shit so that people can winge n try n get closer to the door.

I'm a right clumsy twat too so if I can manage it anyone can

Your missing the point, I park my car in the parent & child because I have kids, the only reason I would endanger a posh car was if these spaces were full of fucknuts who don`t have kids and then I had to park in a normal space, open the door wide etc to get the kids in stpid

And don`t roll your eyes at me, remember I cook your food occasionally ;)

Maybe i am  I have kids but when their not there i WILL look for one of these spaces as ive had my car damaged numerous time by others drivers who dont care about opening their door on my car banghead

Maybe they should make all spaces the bigger size then we wouldn't have this problem. Bet im not the only on here neither who does this.

Better not upset the chef :-D Next time im through il popin.

Brighton is the most expensive place on the planet to park, FACT rage

I was in Brighton last sunday Mr Sussex, I did a Hampton Court to Brighton charity bike ride. Gorgeous sunshine but bloody windy.

Totally agreeing with you and with Mr Butt.

I've lost count of the number of times that I've had to tell people that they've left their imaginary kids in the car and none of them are pleasant in their response.

To be honest, a lot of the offending drivers either just park up there and put their blue badge out and say they can park where they like (ignoring the empty disabled parking bays) or are just fat lazy bastads who are probably scared of having a heart attack if they have to walk more than 50 yards to get into the shop.

While we're on, I'd ban fat people from supermarkets because they obviously don't need feeding that week if they're so bloody obese. If it was up to me I'd stick a turnstile on the door and if you can't fit through then you don't get in.

I agree with this disabled people should use the available disabled bays then and only then should they park in the mother and toddler bays.

Naw, it's a fact. Our little 'un holds a disabled blue badge although she's not a driver, but she's an adult so if the disabled was full we'd park in the parent/child thing. We got some looks but the question is, is it a dual entitlement or is there an age where your kid stops being your kid?? It's not made very clear, they're not in car seats forever. sctatchinghead

the do gooders would probably say your entitlement in the parent n child club would stop when your child no longer needs a car seat.

The signs generally say, "under 5s", or "toddlers" or very similar, so I guess it's less ambiguous than you think.

Personally I'd consider changing the signs and adding to them that in addition to being there for parents with young children they are also there to be used by ignorant, lazy, inconsiderate losers.

Maybe they do now but they didn't then, the sign just said Parent/Child. The point I was making, and it's admittedly not a very important one, is that, is it morally acceptable to use the one when the other is unavailable given that the whole idea is to get parents with children and disabled people closer to the entrance?

Naw, forget it, it's even boring me now!!

What gets on my tits is blue badge abuse. I know a woman who cares for her adult son who has severe autism. Rightly so she gets a blue badge for when she takes him out as he can get very agitated in certain environments, and parking closer to shops etc makes it easier for all concerned.

But what really pisses me off is when you see her parking in Tesco in a disabled space when she is on her own on a busy Saturday, depriving other blue badge holders the use of that space. Sheer laziness on her part, when there are spaces galore only a couple of rows away.

And she doesn't park there and pick him up or whatever, she just drives up, does her shopping on her own, then drives away on her own. She's totally able bodied, just fucking well lazy.

Right!!

There are usually 20'000 disabled spaces in any Asda or Tescos. There are less in the supermarkets north of Chernobyl. As for parent and child spaces; Ripper the parent and child spaces don't always show an age in fact once when I parked there and was challenged I simply pointed to my dad in the back seat.

As for my car............. its an undented Merc so I'd better not park near Mrs Faceache!!

Oh and Mr Chessington, when faced with extortionate parking fees simply stop at the barrier and wait for half a dozen cars or more to park behind you, then and only then, press the buzzer and tell them that you've lost your wallet.

I'm not sure you could call anyone who looks after a severely autistic person fucking well lazy in any circumstances. She's probably too shagged to walk the extra distance.
