An absolutely laughable result to go out to the fifth best team in Portugal, how much have City spent?

Given tonight's results for the Premierships top two are people going to stop talking shite about it being 'the best league in the World?'

Have to say I really enjoyed it, love a fightback no matter who it is. Was shouting at the telly for Hart to score, would of been amazing.

laughable excuses for football fans. I hereby vow to renew my existing vow never to engage in conversation with these people in any circumstances.
I vow to renew my vow to be ignorant and turn my back on them when they say stuff - and if push comes to shove dispossess them of their beer, then pour said beer over their heads

Slight problem. They wont have beer. It will be bottled lager of the popular type

They won't care. Competition wasn't interesting enough for them. I've already heard some droids saying that "Sralex" didn't treat the cup seriously, that they have more important things to worry about. Football tourists.

I don't think only Manure have been humiliated this season in Europe the whole 'best league in the World' has. We have a Spanish team who are 7th in La Liga out playing, out classing, being fitter and better in every department than the Premiership leaders.

Our offering from that area of the League; Stoke City. Who have a bloke who can throw it miles. Managed by a rarf in a baseball cap who is more concerned by your physical attributes and how you can dry a football with a towel than any technical ability.

Even Chelsea on Wednesday night were slaughtered in terms of football against Napoli for the first half an hour.

England will not be a good side until people stop taking shite about the Peemiership.

Always find it daft how English fans actively support other English clubs in Europe. As if Manchester City or Chelsea represent them as Englishmen in any way - what with their foreign players, foreign managers and foreign money. Personally I take great enjoyment in seeing them get stuffed as much as possible.

All you're doing is basically supporting and championing a well marketed product, nowt else. That's the only thing keeping English football on top because we certainly don't produce the best players do we. Makes me laugh how ridiculously partisan and paranoid commentators/pundits like those on ITV are about defending the honour of the Best League (Product) in the World™. Sad acts.
