on football am, time has not been good, who ate all the pies etc!

And yes I am not an adonis, however I haven`t been a pro footballer either!

99% of footballers pile on the weight once there retire because there dont hav the help ov a nutritionest ,sports scientist , physio , personal trainer, club cooks cooking them proper nutritious foods ect , there hav to adgust to the real world

Paul Merson, John Barnes, Neil Ruddock to name but a few who have piled on the pounds since playing- League 1 Footballers haven't got that Luxury-Paul Murray making beans on toast pre match on a manky hob springs to mind on late kick off last year !!
