i like the fact that she's sort of ska influenced and trying to go down that road, she likes to live, her old boys cool and i'd give her a squirt.

At Glastonbury in 2003 I was sat around a campfire at the Joe Strummer tribute around 2a.m. & Keith Allen turned up pissed as a rat shouting "Anyone got any mushrooms".
Lily Allen is nice & easy on the ear(and the eye) I dont mind the album, but wouldnt be upset if I never heard it again & at least shes not another indie clone.

I like her, which my Mrs is very confused by......some songs are a bit cack, but on the whole i like her.

I'd give her one too, but she looks like her dad so it'd be a bit weird....obviously thats the only thing preventing it happening!

No mate, I have eased into retirement. Anyway if I was in the UK I'd end up at London Calling and Wireless in Hyde Park instead.

I did hate lily allen but ourkid kept telling me she was cool. then my missus got her album and her and me youngest played it to death and ...shit I give in it's good isn't it. a bit wolf in sheeps clothing when you listen to the lyrics but that just makes it interesting. couldn't give a fook what or who her dad is to be honest

But I'll download her CD again and have another listen....I deleted it after 2 listens!!!!

What I think is funny is this....before her Dad wrote songs for her she'll have been a Download Child and wouldn't have bought a CD/LP....but now she expects us to buy hers!!!!

 rolfl  rolfl

I don't think she's had much to do with her dad to be honest. Just read an article about her and she said her dad is a F****** whatever one of them is.
