I genuinely forget that he was still here.

Good luck to him, thanks for helping out.

Freeing up wages for a new loan signing perhaps?

I would rather be hearing about players coming in. Still need strengthening after a couple of decent results.

Hopefully.

The lad Johnson looked canny at the end of last season and if so did we need Wright plus Hartley, Collins, Johnson and Liddle being able to cover there?

Thanks Stephen, did well when called upon. Suppose we cant afford to have him sat injured and on a short term deal. Probably the right call.

Had a few good games and done the job, good call from Cooper though... Hopefully we will see a new player or 2 within the next week. Striker and Winger!

Quite shocked at that news. Did well for us and I'd say played better than the regulars at the back bar Hartley.

That's 2 of Mw summer signings not wanted by cooper wonder how poole Nish and Luscombe fair in his plans

Did a good job for us but was on a short term deal and was injured.

Thanks, but in a squad with a limited budget saving little bits on some players wages can't harm the longer term plans.

A good short term signing to help out as cover.

Was solid without being outstanding.

If it frees up wages to bring in people elsewhere then i'm all for it.

Cant see Luscombe staying much longer unless he improves fitness etc... Cooper hasnt had a chance to see Nish yet and the way Neale has talked about Poole he looks like he has a future for as long as cooper is here

Given Wright only signed at the back end of November (weeks before Wadsworth got the boot) I don' think he can be classed as his summer signing.

He was brought in to do a temporary job, he did it well enough but no point signing him up if he's not going to play so the correct decision to release.

Cooper's quoted in the Mail as saying Nish will be playing in the reserves this week, and has also been quoted as saying that its been disapointing that Poole is injured. I can't imagine the issue is whether Wadsworth, Turner or Wilson brought an individual to the club.

and he'll still be training with pools, so if we do have another injury crisis, we can always re-sign him on a week to week deal.

What? Given the fact that he played him once, dropped him, coupled with NC's post-match comments?? Not rocket science is it?

I think you will find wright was training with us in august and was playing in early september so I'd say he was a summer signing.
Back end of november sctatchinghead

As for Luscombe I don't think we've seen the last of him. Just think Boydy and Boston and nobody's time at the club is over until it's over.

Always funny when someone attempts to shoot someone down but does so by making it all up.

Thought he did well but probably not the area we need to concentrate on at the moment so seems a wise choice.
