Virgin media are useless anyway, I got a new router and couldnt get it working, so phoned them up as it was a router from them. I was on the phone for 45 minutes doing all the stuff this bloke was telling me, most of which I knew wouldnt help, then in the ened an engineer was arranged. As soon as the call ended I had a daft mess about myself again and within 5 minutes I had it sorted it. I still let the engineer come and told him id fixed it when he did just because they were crap.
