They are a much much better team than us and will probably be in the championship next season. Evans is a great player and if he can behave himself off the field could maybe make it in premiership.

Richie played left wing to start with which was puzzling.

Monkhouse was up front again. He proved today that he has no strikers instinct and is a great left winger. I could understand playing him up front if he was scoring but it puzzles me. Meanwhile we had Boyd and brown sat on the bench.

Richie has gone, the bloke had two great seasons about 7 years ago and should retire gracefully, he is preventing the likes of luscombe getting on the bench.

Collins was just utter shite again, he cost us for the second goal, nearly cost us 10 mins before that and his lack of pace was a liability. Gary liddle slotted in fantastically and was excellent, I would really consider playing him with Hartley monday.

It was obvious copper was involved in the changes at half time. As soon as we brought Boyd and brown on we looked so much better and started to create chances with monky on the WING!

Baldwin was unlucky to be taken off over especially as humphreys ended up playing centre mid when Collins went off.

All in all we got what we deserved today, unlucky to hit the bar at the end of the first half and played better after the changes but still lacked, I think it will be different team on Monday.

I would play based upon today.

Flinders
Austin
Hartley
Liddle
Horwood

Monkhouse
Sweeney
Baldwin
James (excellent when came on)

Boyd
Brown (would have been Poole)

Totally agree with all of the above.

It was plainly obvious that Cooper changed the tactics at half time and I think it's safe to say that we will be playing 4-4-2 from now on.

Monkhouse needs to be back out wide which helps Horwood who has been poor of late. I also feel that if Monkhouse had played the last dozen games out wide he would probably have "chipped in" with more goals than he actually has up front. (One of Wadsworth's major mistakes which has coincided with our poor run)

The bonus today was James who looks just the type of player that Cooper prefers. He has pace to burn and I would be very surprised if he doesn't start on Monday. Ialso don't think we will see too much of Paul Murray from now on.

On the whole, the defeat today might not be a bad thing as Cooper will have seen our frailities in 90 minutes.

Collins is a huge liability, i dont know how management dont see this. He's ridiculously slow and costs us goals all the time. Id much rather have Lidds playing there, at least hes mobile and he seems to look better there than id centre mid. Dunno how much longer Sweeney can go on getting his game, has been very poor again this season and seems to live on the success of one or two good seasons. The only reason i was a bit wary of cooper coming back was it could turn out to be a jobs for the boys scenario again. We need a good shake up and i hope cooper gets the chance to do this as we have to much dead wood. Humps should be nowhere near 1st team nowadays, its a joke, hes well past it and id rather have a kid on the bench. I really think we have a great chance to break this hoodoo on monday as scunny gave been woeful of late so im looking forward to a positive result.

If Wright is fit, he should play alongside Hartley and drop Austin for Haslam, oh FACT by the way

Thought first half gary liddle was hopeless may aswell not been playing only came to light when he went centre back and with the case of this luke james lad still not ready for first start work him slowly into squad and he'll turn into a quality player instead of pyling lots of pressure on him
