Id still ship him out on loan. He looked slow as hell to me on Tuesday, he needs regular first team football to see if he can get it back. Lots of players lose a yard of pace (or even 2 or 3 in James case) with his injuries and without it I dont think Brown will be much of a player anymore.

JB came on at Chesterfield and looked slow.
My heart says he will get back to his best but my head says we will not see JB play many full games.

He has made little impact when he came on in the last 2 games,i'm afraid to say he just won't be the same player again.

He's came on twice I don't think we should be writing him off just yet. Yes his first touch has been poor and he has lost a yard of pace but that's because he's lacking match practice. I'm not sure how long solano is out for but surely a fit brown could fit in on the right as a perfect replacement. Even could keep a fit solano out of the side if just even nearing his best.

players lose pace but they never lose class. . If he gets a few games under his belt and the ball is played into his feet, Brown can take men out of the game with pure skill. That's what we needed on Tuesday - ok it never happened for him that night, but it will.
This is one player we simply have to persevere with. A player as good as a fully fit Brown would cost £1million. There is simply nobody at the club who can touch him in terms of ability when he is at his best, and they would all admit that

I would be annoyed as hell if pools shipped any of our players out to darlo. I would be even more annoyed at any player agreeing to go.

A true poolie hates darlo with a passion, isnt that right guys? :coool:

Now that is silly! Neil Austin, Evan Horwood, Micky Tait - Brian Honour FFS. The list of players who have played for both clubs is a long one. This isn't Rangers/Celtic and presumably the logic of sectarian intolerance means that if we 'hate Darlo with a passion' we won't want any ex-Darlo players turning out for Pools either.

The guy just has an obsession with Darlo, nobody takes any notice of him.

MW was saying in the Echo this morning that this year they are trying to build him up slowly as apposed to throwing him straight back into action as has happened to him in the past, they are also concentrating on building up his aerobic fitness rather weight training.

I don't think sending him out on loan fits into that plan.

How on earth do I have an obsession with Darlow? I dont post on their board, nor am I registered on it.

I just dislike the football club. Its the genes. So helping them out with our players appeals to me about as much as I would like to see you naked.

Stupid analogy. If they ahd any players, of course I would want them. But it doesnt mean we should help them out by giving them our most naturally talented player on loan.

No no no. Much better if he went to York, or Braintree, Barrow, or Bath.

.....Girl In The Ring" playing during the half-time interval at the Arena.

And for what it's worth I wouldn't have a problem with any of our players being loaned to Darlo' if it didn't affect our league/cup position directly.

Thats him. My dislike of Darlow has just gone up a notch.

Right Browny..........get to Darlo on loan.......your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to pile even more misery on their long suffering fans.

clappp clappp clappp

Its dead simple, you support a football team & adopt a rival.

Hartlepool /Darlo
Arsecastle / Blunderland
Celtic / Rangers etc etc

Disliking your rivals & wanting them to fail is almost as much part of football as supporting your own team
