On the A1 and A19, tailbacks from Scotch Corner almost down to Boroughbridge.

Maybe the much vaunted coach and two minibuses'll struggle to make the Vic on time??

There have been a couple of accidents in that area. There were four killed in the first accident, including 2 kids.

I got a lift today and yes it was chaos getting to Hartlepool but we somehow managed to miss the backlog. We were about 3/4 minute away from one of the accidents and saw loads of ambluance and police racing past us. Apart from the accident, there were also problems due to a car breaking down.

Anyway, it's always sad when anyones dies especially children. RIP.
