All them goals then there's Flinders header from 6 yards, it's only on becasue he's a keeper.

Should best goals always be the ones that are 30 yard screamers or at the end of a 60 yard mazy run beating 10 men?

That goal was memorable, a very good header from someone who spends most of his footballing time catching the ball or hoofing it up field. A good goal scored by Craig Bellamy in the championship is probably much much easier to find than a good goal by a league one goalkeeper.

No.

But yes it was a memorable goal for that reason.

So as a Hartlepool fan, or as a football follower was that one of the best goals of the season?

Consider that the title 'Goals of the season' doesn't specify any criteria for choosing those goals.

There were some absolutely brilliant goals on there mind. I thought the first was the best though, absolutely beautiful
