Well here we are almost ready to kick off a new season.

To accomplish great things we must first dream, then visualize, then plan... believe... act! Great beginnings are not as important as the way one finishes.

"This could be your season", no one knows what it holds come May you could be heading for the Championship, along the way there'll be up's and down's, but what the season holds is up to each and everyone of you (with our, the fans help from the terraces), as a team and as individuals. To succeed in anything you have to give everything. To get anything from life you have to work hard , do that on the pitch and you will win, don't and you will lose.

Don't expect to lose. The so called "big teams" are in the same league for a reason, but so are the "little teams" Even when the under-dog and at times you will be, prepare a victory speech for the press.

The achievements of the team are the results of the combined effort of each individual. What each individual achieves on the pitch will result in what the team achieves at the end of the season. Each and everyone of you have ability but so does your opponent, The difference is how you use it. Use it better than your opponent and win your individual battles.

Someone once said "Teams do not go physically flat, they go mentally stale". So remember......... Just as a car runs more smoothly and requires less energy to go faster and further when the wheels are in perfect alignment, you perform better when your thoughts, feelings, emotions, goals are in balance.

As fans all we ask is you don't give up. Sometime the whole home end(s) will love you, sometime they wont but if you give 100% , then 99% of the home end(s) will go home happy

You may go in at half time 3 or 4 -0 down but remember that Adversity cause some men to break; others to break records. And if they can score 3 or 4 in 45 minutes so can you. Sweat plus sacrifice equals success.How you respond to the challenge in the second half will determine what you become after the game, whether your a winner or a loser.
