Another brilliant interview on Poolsworld.

And I would love to see him been given the chamce to put his preseason plan into action, as I totally agree with him.

MW has all the making of becoming one of the top Hartlepool managers of all time.
last season IMO his job was not to finsh near the bottom and he did that some times the football was not pretty but we were safe with games in hand.
Now the pressure is off and he has strengthened the team were needed his tactical nounce will win us games that we would not fancy us to win.
MW has my full support.

So would I, or at least play all pre season games behind closed doors. I didn't go last night, I could have but just didn't want to. Previously I have gone to pre season friendlies but have never seen a good one, people pulling out of tackles, low intensity, and fractious second halves after loads of substitutions. What's the point? They are exercises for managers to put minutes into players legs what happens in the actual game is almost irrelevant.

I'd by well up for MW going for that next season, games like last night must even by an anti climax for the players who will be busting for the new season they can't get too much out of turning out in front of 1,400 in a meaningless friendly.

Surely all the preparation work could be done on the training field?

Googled his name and nothing comes up. facebook came up with someone with a letter missing in first name who was greek and studying in newcastle. Doubt its him like.

He plays for food??

Greek food is horrible, I would rather eat rat poo.

He's obviously only trying to improve his diet, pay him in parmos.

Mind, the last Greek we had was a bit special...

Not him anyway. The lad who played last night looked a fair bit younger.

No wonder footballrumours.com does so well with people like you spreading bull shit. Have you not ever thought about sticking to facts and statistics?
