We watched as the banks greed caused the deepest World recession since the 1930's. We see 19% of our youth on the unemployment scrap heap.

We watch as the banks receive a trillion pound public investment from us the tax payers.

We watch as the opportunity cost of this investment is played out as the deepest cuts to our public infra structure since WW2/the Great Depression. Millions will be made unemployed. Hundreds of thousands will lose their homes. University fees triple to £9,000 a year.

We watch as this artificially maintained recession drives down wage demands and keeps us, the public, subservient with declining living standards whilst the global elite make out like bandits.

We watch as the banksters trouser billions of pounds in bonuses and pay rises whilst we, the public, endure years of stagflationairy reductions in living standards.

We watch as banks trouser further hundreds of billions from quantitative easing and use it to speculate on oil and food, driving up the prices we have to pay to live.

We watch as the banks have enough money left over from the taxpayers gifts, after their bonuses of course, to fund over half of the Tory parties election budget.

We watch as the Tories reward the banksters with changes to the tax laws that allow no tax to be paid on overseas profits. A policy that no other country in the world has except Switzerland.

We watch as the banks reward the global elite by maintaining a shadowy network of trusts, quasi banks and other tax avoidance vehicles based in Jersey, Sark, Guernsey, Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands etc.

The level of avoidance is gargantuan with for example the authoritative US periodical TaxAnalysts estimating that conservatively in 2007 that the Crown Dependencies hosted about US$1trillion of potentially tax evading assets. This equates to about $30billion a year in avoided income tax alone and only measures the scale of avoidance in three tax havens.

We watch as the banks rip us off by borrowing from each other using insane FRB techniques and the absurdly low Bank of England rate (0.5%) yet charge us, the public, interest at 10 times this level on our loans and mortgages.

We watch as the banks and their shadow arms and hedge funds short all the crippled European sovereign bond markets precipitating huge interest rate costs to taxpayers and threatening another economic collapse.

We watch as the banks borrow at 0.5% and then force our governments to pay them 3-4% interest on the bonds needed to pay for the taxpayers bailout of the banks. This is in itself insane and costs the government £20-30billion a year

We are not all in this together. We are living in a kleptocracy. When do we stop watching and start acting?

Couldnt agree more. As much as I admire anyone doing voluntary work, people are going to have to stop doing it, or the pompous wanker will use it against you. He will claim that those doing voluntary work prove that the Big Society is a hit.

It really is the daftest idea any MP, let alone Prime Minister, has ever come up with. There were tory ministers on the TV yesterday trying, and struggling like fuck to explain it. It would have made great comedy if it was so bloody ridiculous.

Bankers use the 3-6-3 rule.....pay 3% interest, charge 6% on loans, then on the golf course by 3 o'clock. Why do you think banks close early on working days and are never open on Saturday afternoons and Sundays...because they have our money and they don't want us in there taking it out or moving it into the endless number of savings accounts they now create..... which pay progressively poorer interest the longer you've been in them.

They're taking the piss out of us all, and there aint' a lot we can do about it.....other than start up your own bank which usually requires between £1 million plus in capital for a licence, which would very likely be rejected due to rigorous government scrutiny.

and thats exactly where this is heading.

The tories start this ridiculous venture, Cameron must not and cannot let it fail. But very few people will actually join the pompous 'lovely lovely person'.

So services are getting cut, and no volunteers to make it work.

What will Cameron do, to make sure it does work?

Get ready for the re-introduction of the ET(Extra Tenner) scheme. The one than that so successful in the mid 80's.

Dole money will be stopped unless you do ths "voluntary" work. And for that you will get £10 more in your dole.

Its the only way it will work, and Cameron will make sure it does work.

Lo and behold.............Barclays have just announced profits of £6 billion and guess what...........nah you would never guess, so I'll tell yer...........TWO AND ONE HALF BILLION OF IT IS GOING TO BE PAID IN BONUSES TO THEIR INVESTMENT BANKS.
It is rumoured though that the recipients of these bonuses will be taking their holidays in Hartlepool in order to boost the town's ailing economy as part of their contribution to the big country.
The latest news is that Rotherham is also competing as their favoured holiday destination but Hartlepool has a distinct advantage because over 28% of Rotherham's shops are currently empty or boarded up and there isn't an Armani, Prada or any other designer shop to be seen !!!!!!!!! Oh wait...............
