Following on from the halifax/crossbar thing..

Who was the lad who dropped kicked the copper in the centre circle? I think it was the Northampton game in the 90/91 promotion season.

Edit: the copper was beating the shite out of his brother at the time.

From all accounts it was thrown from the visiting Hartlepool fans at the Boston keeper it narrowly missed or it may of killed him :shock:

It could only happen following pools :laugh:

A lad called Collins from the Manor.
It was Mansfield.
I think in later years he had the square ring.
