As Fetish had already said a cracking evening at Rovers Quoit Club last night!

What a top bunch of blokes the 90/91 promotion squad are.... the cameraderie/team spirit that won them promotion was evident, light years away from the Premiership prima donnas of today!

Joe Joe Joe Allon what a fella very funny and took hold of the evening by the scruff of the neck, although Ian Bennyworth's quiet, dry wit and comedy timing during his interview had me chuckling the only bloke who came anywhere close to shutting Joe up :laugh:

Disappointing that Jackie Honour didn't make it... also absent Tupling, Knobbsy, Paul Dalton and Kevin Poole.....Poole couldn't make it cos unbelievably was playing for Boston reserves aged 48 confised
