Well done lads!!

Nothing better than beating the thugs from Brighton and we matched them at their own game :) God they are boring to watch, spent about half of the first half just passing it amongst their centre backs. We wont grumble though.

Great solid, workmanlike performance, we crammed the centre of the park and won most 50/50s and second balls. I get the impression Brighton just thought theyt had to turn up and they would win. Murray again outstanding, Liddle brilliant and the rest all good. Few dodgy moments from Keane but thankfully they never scored from them. Cracking header from Poole to seal the win!!

Referee was a plonker, im all for letting the game flow and not giving little niggly fouls but he lost control at times by letting too many fouls go unpunished. Glad to see us surround the ref and rush over to their player to make sure he got sent off, everyother team does it and im sure he would have gone anyway but every little helps. Dirty little bastard.

Not going to bother rating the players as all great and 10/10 for Mick for the change in formation etc.



Oh and Poyet is a fucking prick. hth.

Other than a ten minute spell prior to their equaliser, I didn't think they offered that much. Thought they were poor on the whole.

A bit like their fans, a brief period of noise and for the most part the believers from the land of Fat Boy Slim were as silent as the Pink Oboe Male Voice Choir at a Miss World Final.

I agree with everything that Mr Hamster has said, Paul Murray is proving to be an excellent signing and the qualities that he brigs seem to be flowing through the rest of the team as well. Great to see James Brown back and I thought he did ok yesterday and stating the obvious is a far better option than Colin Larkin. Credit must also go to Keane who made some important stops at the start of each half. It's great to have a keeper who appears to know what he is doing.
