I think all the eligible players are still in the first team and are therefore barred.

They obviously thought having Rangers & Celtic in there would guarantee a full house. It doesnt matter if the teams put out are crap or not, Pools & Darlo (possibly) should have been in there.

TBH ....Ive watched it the last couple of years and the cliche' hasnt worked. Some of our players have been embarrassingly bad.

dont think they ever won a game did they ?

With all due respect, Chip, that's not the point.

There should be a team representing 'Pools at the Northern Masters - regardless of what results we may get.

They didn't ask Pools in the first place either, the poolie support added to the atmosphere (in fact we created t he atmosphere the time I attended) but they thought inviting a load of jocks down would be a better idea.. Hope they lost a fortune!

It just goes to show you how bad things were at Darlo that people celebrated them beating us in that tournament.

We have bigger things on our minds than the Masters pok .. Why only this Saturday pok, we were beaten by a single late goal by a strong Sunderland fielding the likes of Bent ,Richardson and Malbranque .. Can you dig it ?. :coool:

Bigger things?

I've just checked your fixtures and your first two games are Newport County and Altringham.

Mouth watering.
