Yet nothing has come out of the club to tempt the wavering fan to purchase before then.( I only need to pick mine up)

Now I know most players wont be out of contract until the 1st July but we're looking at possibly 7 days before the players return for pre season training, the first game in Holland is only 17 days away.

Now I want to be optimistic, and realise that Pools don't name transfer targets prior to signing them, but this lack of any activity within the club, so close to pre season starting won't tempt people to buy season tickets.

We even had a "2 signings within the next week" statement over a week ago.

This lack of activity is beginning to worry me slightly, that maybe those signings have fell through and we didn't have a Plan "B" back up. Hopefully it'll be because it's not yet the 1st July and things will liven up from then.

I hope so.

Or it could be because we have a useless silly boy of a DOS in charge.

The reason for the lack of pools threads is there is nothing new whatsoever to talk about.

Anyway, we should all hold our opinions until a week or two hence. At the moment we have a nailed on relegation squad but we'll see if the gaps have been filled before the season starts.

at this very point in time with things exactly as they are, we are nailed on for relegation.

Assuming we will sign a new number 2 for me dad and 2 or 3 decent players, then i can see us finishing around 11th-14th.
