Am glad to hear its not just me. Rang them up and theres no problems in this area apparently. He told me some shit about pulling the metal lead out the back of modem and making it spark as will have been a build up of static!!?? Done bugger all, he then said his computer tells him that our internte is now fine.
Lying bastard, plus i could hardly understand him.

Can just about get away with laptop (goes slow and sometimes cuts off) but my ps3 just keeps kicking me out when im half way through kicking someones arse on FIFA.

Dont fully understand the figures but Grade F is the worst you can get. Me thinks the Indian/Pakistani was lying when he said there was no problem in my area!!

Well if it's any consolation the BT internet has been slow for about a week. I know that's not consolation but all the same - empathy - nothing like it

Reset your router, alot of slow internet problems are due to a build up of packets within your router, just unplug it and plug it straight back in, thats if your using a router, if not it could be your line connection or your computer

Give it a minute before plugging it back in.

This doesnt actually make a difference, only way it would make a difference is if you hard reset the router by keeping the reset button held in for 15 seconds

this seems ok but I did notice it bouncing like fook yesterday afternoon on my download graph maybe you're getting booted on one of these valleys.. more to the point what are these virgin tvvats up to.. first they knack your dodgey box then they screw your connection...

they're up to something the speed graph is up and down like a pair of whores drawers.. never used to to this used to be as steady as a rock once it reached top speed..
