I like the Kettle crisps.
Seabrook beef and onion.( favourite flavour)
Mostly though I like the plain ones. Smiths crisps with the blue salt bag used to be the bees knees when I was a kid.
In those days I used to put a bag of Smiths in between two slices of home made bread( cut as thick as my Mam would let me), smothered in real butter which used to melt into the still hot bread.
Absolutely delicious.

I love the way us from Hartlepool say REAL butter, I said it down here the other day and people thought I was mad, along the same lines as Back kitchen.

Aye, I do.
First had 'em during World Cup '78, used to be a footie player card in the pack, right?
Think they were in salt 'n' vinegar flavour too.

Actually, looking at that pack I recognise the player card on the front - Ruud Kroll of Holland.
I think there was an Argie on the Salt and Vinegar - Bertoni or summat like it.
How fookin' sad am I??.
