The club might have a good case i dont know but this is the bit I cant get my head round.

They said they recieved the official match report on the tuesday. Surely they should have realised that Liddle had been booked and suspended but later that week Turner was still saying he was going to be playing the same starting XI in the next game.

Hoping for just a fine as there are extenuating circumstances. If they run a page with the info on they should update it quickly as people will use it to double check things, particularly if there is a bit of doubt about a booking.

On the other hand rules are rules and if a guideline says it is our responsibility to keep count of bookings then three pints could be gone.

Feeling a bit nervous...like a big match is being played behind closed doors- COME ON POOLS LEGAL TEAM!

The fact that the FL are taking a long time to deliberate it thinks that this isn't maybe just a straightforward 3 point deduction.

I'm still hopeful of a less stringent punishment.

Its Pools so they'll be making an example of us by deducting SIX yes that's 6 points so no one else does it again...
