I've just done the BBC predictor thingy and ended up with this table. I wasn't being over optimistic with my predicted scores.

I like it. Fingers crossed.
I missed out on Southampton this year due to it being midweek so a trip there next season would be something to look forward to as well.

So do I. However the thought of tens of thousands of Leeds crying their little eyes out makes me hard.

We aren't allowed to dis Leeds on this board, a fair few of the elders are closet Leeds fans and get a big bonk on when the word Revie is mentioned

Funnily enough when I did it I also had Gillingham and Exeter in the remaining two relegation slots, but I had us in 5th bottom with just 47pts....gonna be tight alright!

I have us nipping in the relegation zone for a couple of matches on mine. that match we have against Exeter 2nd last home game is going to be one hell of a nail biter, the way my results pan out.

Our fate will be known after the bank holiday weekend, anything less than 3 points from the 2 fixtures and we might as well consider ourselves down. 0/1 point from the 2 games would be disastorous. Funnily enough I think the Orient game is a more likely win for us, daft since we aint won away for ages, but they are poor. Brighton are doing really well right now and WILL be a TOUGH ask to beat.

Yeah, I think we will slip into the bottom four as well before we just manage to float above it at the end. We have the opportunity to get out of it and we should do it I think - if we don't then we get what we deserve...

I wrote off the Orient game last week when we did predictions. I think we'll go into the bottom four this weekend then climb out again.

I'll take that. Even if it does elicit a resigned sigh given it highlights our complete lack of progress.

You know it's not impossible that we could end up helping to relegate the Gills come the end of the season. :uhoh:

i disagree completely. I have predicted a defeat on Saturday and a draw on monday and still have us finishing on 49 points which will probably mean safety.

I was brutally honest with these predictions (regarding away form etc) and it had us finishing 17th. Can I take that now please?

My 'honest' effort...

It dawns on you when doing that thing how many tough games our relegation threatened opponents face. So many are against the top sides or against fellow strugglers with lots to play for.

Fingers crossed anyway.

Typical positive contribution there Mr Happy.

I think betting generally is a bit of a mugs game, however I'd be happy to wager ten English pounds with you right now that Pools pick up at least a point between now and the end of the season.

I just filled one in and was as pessimistic as I could let myself be, I had us finishing 16th with quite a big gap to the bottom 4.
