In September I have to do the Royal Marines 30 miler commando test. So in preparation I've started a new fitness regime, I'm walking 10km's a day at a brisk pace and today was my first outing. 1hr 22minutes which is going at a fair old lick especially seeing as theres some changes in gradient in that lot.

I need to get consistantly below 1hr 15 minutes and stay there. Thats not easy seeing as after the first week I'll start carrying a rucksack the contents of which will gradually increase in weight.

Nice one Mr I

I for one will certainly cross your palm with some silver, for such a worthy cause.
