I've just finished the 67/68 Season....1st Promotion Season!!!! :coool:

And that's in only 3 sittings!!!! :coool: :grin:

Magnificent stuff!!!! clappp clappp

Tell you what though....we all know about how Pools could have went under quite a few times....but I didn't realise it was that many times!!!! :shock: :shock:

21/22 ish jsut after they got into div 3 north, i read marcus trescothicks book first beofre i started on the pools book tho :uhoh:

I'm up to the 80's, we think we have it bad now with gates of just under 3,000. In the 82-83 season we had a number of games with less than a thousand there!

I also wasn't aware that Harold Hornsey had made bids for the club that long ago. Great book, well worth the money...
