It says to me good on IOR and tells the council to get the fingers out and sell the ground.

Also that uncle ken cant count stating that" Players wages cost stayed releatively static increasing slightly from 2.2million to 2.13million"

Didnt like the end bit though "enjoy the future -what ever it holds", that could be open to a lot of interpritation.

i thought that last bit sounded a bit uncertain. But on the other hand he mentions near the start that if we were to be in a position for a play off spot then we would use our full resources, which sounds promising.

It tells us what we already know which you would expect being essentially a review of the last 12 months. I do wonder what clauses the council are insisting on though.

Yeah that had me scratching my head too! I agree with Mr I in that it tells us a lot that we already knew. The achilles heel of the club continues to be the fact that we don't own the ground. You could also, I suppose, throw in the low crowds at the moment too although hopefully they will pick up as we establish ourselves as a good League 1 outfit.

Naw, gotta be more to it than that. IOR agreed to the clause that said it had to remain a football ground a few years ago.

Probably free tickets for councillors.

Either you misread the wages increasing from £2.2 Million to £2.13 million or they amended it as it now says increased slightly from £2.2 million to £2.3 million.

That is non negotiable their is a convenient (for about 90 years??) on the land that states only football can by played on it. This act was briefly removed during Martin Scott’s spell in charge.

I think you're mixing The Vic up with darlow's ground, where Mr Singh intends to put a convenience store before the end of 2010.

The Vic will be covered by a covenant.

It has been amended - it was wrong on the printed version.

West Hartlepools old ground had one of these "covenants" you speak off and that was quickly overturned by the courts.

I believe that covenant was overturned due to an alternative and arguably superior stadium was provided for them to play at and that the location was in a primarily residential area.
