Was a bit surprised because we really need a striker to support donaldson. Is he more of a winger?

He'll do well at your level (no condescension intended) e's aa midfielder who plays on the right and had some decent games last season in league one. He's frozen out at the moment for obvious reasons but has potential despite getting our whingers on his back. You're right though, more of a winger than a forward but you nebr know. Hope he does well for you.

Well I think most fans would like to see him back at the Vic and given another chance to try and get a slot in the team or on the bench.
So that must tell you something.
He has got promise, can knock in a decent cross and has a decent touch, plus he has the workrate. Prob just needs more confidence and games. He certainly should be good enough for a reasonable team in league two so again should do a good job in the conference.

Started the game this afternoon. Had a poor game by all accounts, reluctant to take on the defence.
Never mind....

Sorry I don't like knocking players (apart from Lee Bullock ) and especially young ones but Maidens has never shown anything apart from that wonder goal against Huddersfield that suggests to me that he'll make it as a pro.

I hope he proves me wrong obviously.
