I remeber that, my mams lot were from the old side and it had to be blue...my dads lot were half croft and half West Dockers (mixed marriages :roll:)...so they said to use the red buses..... I KEPT THEM ALL HAPPY AND USED THE FIRST ONE THAT CAME ALONG rolfl

Speaking of mixed marriages.....my dad's family were crofters, while mam's were from West. For their first date, they arranged to meet 'at the bus station', which of course in their case meant two different places. Each waited for ages, then went sadly home, thinking the other had decided not to turn up.
Interesting think that you might never have existed if it hadn't all been cleared up by a mutual friend!
