Couldn't make it today, but from what I heard, we played really well until they took over the strings.

I have just read aswell a cracking report on the Vital site. I quite often read that site, as well as this one, and I think the report from the match was a great read.

Have a look see what you think

I was at the game and thought the report was a pretty decent reflection of how things went. Had Boydy made it 2-0 so soon after the first goal had gone in then who knows. They completely bossed the second half however and I can't really remember us threatening their goal at all. In the end I think they deserved the win.

None the less, a comfortable win on Tuesday v Southampton is well within our capabilities.

I think Brown and to a lesser extent Boyd were both off the pace and we lacked anything going forward.

What happened in the second half was we'd get the ball and lose possession cheaply which put us under constant pressure.

Our only chance was when Monkhouse had a good shot from outside the box.

The front two were good first half, we looked a threat when we attacked.

Huddersfield just played very well second half we couldn't get enough of the ball because we were under the cosh, it happens.
