Im too annoyed to put this in any sort of reasoned order so here goes...

(ps, i know that we drew and didnt get stuffed or anything but it was the manner of our performance that bugged me)

* Chris Turner has lost the backing of even the most ardent fans and his time is over I feel. There were people around me at the game who have done nothing but back him since he first came to the club but some of the comments last night were bordering on abusive. I cannot recall such hostility towards a manager for many years. Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY was bickering and moaning. I was quite taken aback by it. I dont know if it was partly down to being a Friday night and people just wanted to get to the pub or had already been drinking. I felt it was a bit out of order at times but it did highlight how people have had enough.

* What has happened to our 'football'. Last night was the worst exhibition of 'football' I have seen in many years. Im being 100% honest when I say this but I would rather have Danny Wilson back in charge that CT. His record was better and we played decent football. Give any manager (DW included) that set of players and they would get decent performances and decent results). Our players did not even try to play the ball on the deck. It was just a dreadful performance. We look like a mediocre league 2 side but our players are capable of so much more.

* The same players struggle last night. Sweeney was very poor and missed two good chances. One got defelected over for a corner but it was going over anyway. Hartley struggled (As I keep saying he is a competent centre half playing at left back but he is not a good enough footballer to play as a left back). I thought Ritchie was 'ok' in the first half. He played some nice passes but also gave it away a fair bit. The second half he was terrible and presented Brentford with the ball many times. The thought of him playing in midfield away from home worries me.

* Our problems as others have said lies in midfield, there is no creativity and no one linking midfield to attack. Sweeney cant hack it. We got used to Joel dropping deep over recent years and now we are lost without him.

*Players who I thought did 'ok' last night - Collins, Liddle, Austin (for the most part), Flinders. I also thought Boyd looked a bit sharper in the first half but vanished unsurprisingly given the lack of service.Behan improved over his recent home performances

*Bjornnson must have burnt down an orphanage given the reception he got last night when he come on. It was disgraceful. I was not there on Tuesday and I gather he was very poor but the reaction towards him last night was almost cringeworthy.

I think IOR persisting with Turner in charge will do the club more harm than good. Our support is waning alarmingly and judging by last nights 'atmosphere' a lot more have had enough too. We cant afford to have sub 3000 attendances but it is going to happen by the looks of things unless something is done.

He's an icelandic international, surely he can't be that bad?

Then again he's come from norway, a poor league, and iceland are not exactly world leaders or anything.

He needs time to adjust though, let's give the lad a break.

whilst i agree with parts of the above Grave

your half time comment of "nobody has played bad imo" makes you sound like a hipocrite. the 2nd half was almost an exact copy of the first....

less than 3000 home fans last night..... and it is going to get lower as I can't see us picking up more than a point in the next three games
