It won't happen any time soon as Portsmouth are pretty desperate, but I reckon Brown could do a job for us in a year or two, even if he's 34 or whatever. We could certainly do with someone in centre mid who's good at kicking people.

Yeah I can see him playing all of this season for Pompey and probably next season in the Championship - he'll be 34 by then but if his legs haven't gone then he'd be worth a punt.
