Problem!

My dad has gone offshore in Scotland no post or anything from there and realised today that he has our season tickets in his jacket pocket. Can I just ring the ticket office and let them know and still get in without paying or will I have to pay?

I'm sure if you take down a bit of ID and explain the situation they'll just issue you with a one off ticket for the game.

Some photo ID and proof of address should do it.

Probably tried ringing the ticket office from 12 till half 4 today and they didnt answer once.

I used to forget my season ticket every barsteward week when I was in the elite. They were always very good about it, they just asked me to drop it down the week after and just said if the season ticket got used on the turnstile by someone else then they would charge me for it. Can't argue with that.

When ever I've had a problem like this I've always found the club and the ladies in the ticket office to be extremely helpful.
