There's only one of us signing,
Two of us sing-ing,
There's only three of us sing-ing,
Four of us singing... rage you get the picture...

I have previously answered the question. But as you weren't paying attention, 3 Billingham Poolies will be moving out of the Town End in to the Chanters Corner, 1 will be absent at Uni, and PC is still considering her options.

Well I reckon that in addition to my Andy Monkhouse song suggestion on the previous page we try and get some songs going for individual players if the intention is to "get them going".

E.g. James Brown, is a superstar (ok a bit basic but you get the gist)

Adam Boyd, Adam Boyd running down the street
Adam Boyd, Adam Boyd with nothing on his feet
His life's not a bore
But we know that he'll score
Adam Boyd, Adam Boyd.

And can we all confirm that we will be in attendance? Apart from those that cant make the match of course.

And can someone tell the club to remind the stewards of this momentous occasion. I can just see it now. We get there saturday, only to be turned away at he gate with the wrong tickets.

Anyone mind if I just take my place in the choir, you wouldnt want me singing any solo's. :uhoh:

As long as Mr Ed gets the weekend off, I reckon there will be about 10 in our crowd, from the town end going in there. Mostly kids but its about time they were educated.

I always thought it was

My old man
said follow the van
and don't dilly dally on the way
off went the train with the pools boys in it
we took darlo in half a minute
we dillied we dallied
we f***ed them in the alley
we lost our way and didn't know where to go
but we don't care - we're the poolie boys - we're the hardest in the land.
United.

Haven't sung that for a long time though....

My favourite is Hartle Hartle Hartle Pool to the tune of Pian Pian Pianoo.......

She wore, she wore, she wore a Yellow Ribbon,
She wore it from the Spring time,
Till the merry month of May,
And when I asked, her why the hell she wore it,
She wore it for the Walsall fan far far away,
Far away, far away, when the Walsall boys play away,
We won't be far away, far away, far away....
