I'm yet to find a decent fish shop in Billingham. Even what I want a chinese i have to go to the one along stockton road!
There's not many decent takaways in my neck of the woods. sadx

Otherwise it will be chicken, potatos and salad.

Salad containing - red onion, cucumber, toms, crutons, lettuce, red onion.

I'm going out for a meal tomorrow so i cant possibly have summit like that tonight and tomorrow!

Chicken in hot pepper sauce for me, thats chicken cooked with onions peppers, chillies and a dollop of west indian hot pepper sauce add a dash of vino and serve with tagliatelle or whatever pasta you can spell

I had a dead simple tea, me.

Salmon fillet fried with a bit of soy sauce on, with edame beans boiled, drained, with a bit of Mirin vinegar on.

A chicken casserole type thing.

Four chicken fillets, chopped and fried. Add to pot with loads of chopped garlic, red onion and chicken stock.

After a few minutes, add three potatoes, diced and already half boiled.
Add three chopped carrots, one diced pepper, a few chopped mushrooms, chopped celery, chopped spring onions ,seasoning and simmer for about half an hour.

Serves four and is lush! :grin:
